(Diaspora Support to Durable Solution – Afghanistan in Europe) The first European conference to support Afghan Diaspora Organisations (ADOs) was held in Copenhagen, Denmark. Participants that included Afghan government officials, Afghan diaspora organizations based in Europe, and civil society organizations were brought together by DRC which organized the conference. It aimed at encouraging Europ-based Afghans to actively partake in the reconstruction efforts, investment, and promotion of education and toursim in Afghanistan.
