From May 15-16, members of the Afghan diaspora community gathered for a two-day conference in Brussels to demand the EU ensure Afghanistan is on the agenda and provide humanitarian aid, prioritise the rights of Afghan women and help evacuate those under threat. Organized by DRC, nearly a hundred participants took part of which GIZ, VIDC, and ECRE were organizing partners. Oxus from Austria participated in the event covering the conference.
