On the eve of Women’s International Day, VIDC named Tanya Kayhan, chairwoman at IEZ and founder of Oxus TV as one of the successful diaspora women in Austria. During the 10 years since she first arrived in Austria, Ms. Tanya proved herself as a successful reporter with a refugee background. In addition to establishing and leading IEZ and Oxus TV, she worked as a reporter with several Austrian media outlets including OE24, OKTO, W24, and das Biber. In 2017, Ms. Tanya was a candidate for the Liese Prokop media award. IEZ is proud to have her as its chairwoman and wishes her even more success.
